For other international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that dee by diana does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

At our discretion, we will exclude certain products and/or collections from discount codes, sales and promotions.

Only one discount code, offer or promotion is valid per order. Discount codes, sales and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.

If you purchase an item during a sale or promotion, all items in that order are considered final sale. These pieces are not eligible for return or store credit (via e-gift card). For issues with promo/discount cards not working at checkout, please reach out to our Customer Care Team directly.

We are happy to offer free returns on items in their original, unworn condition for a refund or store credit when accompanied by the sale confirmation within 14 days of receiving your product. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be applied to the form of payment used on the original order. Store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card for dee by diana . We will not offer refunds or credit on shipping fees.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. Please include the original packaging with your return.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges on any orders.

How to Return an Item

1. Please email dee@deebydianaco.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and items you wish to return.

2. Our customer service team will send you a prepaid return label and a return form to print and fill out.

3. Please return your item in a small box or envelope or it’s original packaging. Oversized and large boxes will not be accepted as this increases our shipping rates.

4. Once the item has been received back to us you will receive a store credit by email.

5. At this time, we do not offer free returns on international orders. If you are an international customer and need to make a return, please email us here to initiate the return process.

Return Costs

We offer free returns within North America, and a flat fee of $20 CAD for international returns which is deducted off of the recipients store credit.

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 8-13 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return!

Kindly note that Canada Post is experiencing ongoing delays and your return package may not make in time for your return cut-off date. But no worries, we’d be happy to accept them as long as the parcel is handed over to carrier before the date.

Customs & Duties

dee by diana is not responsible for any customs and duties incurred upon receiving your parcel. If you deny your parcel by your local shipping provider we will be unable to offer a refund or offer a store credit.

To modify or cancel your order, email us at dee@deebydianaco.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please be mindful that we cannot cancel or modify an order once it enters the shipping process.

We always do our best to ensure that your orders arrive to you on time. If your order hasn't arrived yet, you can track it online through the information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Each piece is beautifully placed in our gift box and then inserted into a Black dee by diana dust bag! During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.

Our packaging includes a classic gift box and a black dust bag. Our gift notes are printed with your special message. It will be printed exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used! We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself! That said, we will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift.

We're not able to accommodate shipments of additional packaging alone at this time, as there will be increased shipping fees associated.

Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards. Click here and choose digital (which will be emailed directly to the recipient) and select your preferred value. digital gift cards are non-refundable.

dee by diana gift cards are only valid if purchased on deebydiana.com . dee by diana cannot honor or re-issue gift card credit that is purchased from third party sources.

Keep in mind that discount codes cannot be applied for digital gift cards. dee by diana reserves the right to cancel the order at any time should any of these policies are overridden. Please check our Fine Print here.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Please note that dee by diana gift cards can only be used in the currency it was purchased in.

Digital Gift Card

Enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during checkout.

The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or PayPal. Kindly notethat you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.

Follow these simple steps to keep your jewels looking their best.

1. Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, deodorant and makeup.

2. Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing or showering.

3. Keep it clean by wiping with a soft moist cloth and mild soap, avoiding harsh detergents on the sand parts . Never use conventional jewelry cleaners on our fashion pieces.

4. Store each piece separately in their provided dust bags. Necklaces live their best life when they are hung.

We are committed to producing top quality jewelry with superior plating thickness. However, if your jewels are exposed to the products or water as per above, some tarnishing may occur.

Brass is the base metal used for the majority of the pieces and parts of our sand jewelry. The brass is then electroplated in 18K gold, rhodium or silver. our sand is collected from different natural beaches worldwide , depending on the purity and color of the sand we are looking for in our design of each item .

However in our solid designs we use only 925 sterling silver electroplated in 18K gold or rhodium.

Men Leather Products

A gentle sweep using a microfiber cloth will do the trick to remove any dust!

When properly stored and maintained, leather goods can last for years to come. Please refer to the 4 steps above when wearing your leather pieces. Keep in mind, leather will wear over time and will become softer and more valuable.
